Lately im talking in my sleep!!! why?

as it started 3 weeks ago for one night and for the last 3 nights

why do people talk in their sleep? DP said that its around about the same time every night @ 3am but he couldnt work out what i was saying as i was mumbling!

no idea, but would be intressting to find out as my ds (3) has also done it for the last 3 nites running.
