Any ideas on correcting a 2 hr morning wake up shift.

We were in France for just over a week and DS settled into French time. Not normally a problem and he changes back after a 5-7 days.

But the blooming clocks as well means he woke up 2 hours early this morning!

I'm pregnant with DC2 and DS starting to sleep til 7 was the only thing that had brought my energy back to an acceptable level (i.e. a bit better than none at all). I can't cope if he's going to stick to a 5 am wake up.

We put him to bed at 7 like normal.

Please, I'm desperate for any advice, even if it's just "it'll be better in a week"
