just wakes up and stays up - whatever the time!

He is 2.4 yr and over the past month or so - wakes up shouting for me, wakes everyone in the house and doesnt stop until I go in.. even then when I leave his room he starts yelling again. There's nothing wrong with him, I just thing this whole ' routime' is now an habitual thing.. I cant bare it anymore - SO TIRED! I cant bare it! any advice would be appreciaited..

there's a good book out - Health Sleep Habits by Dr Weissbuth
I'm sure he talks about using 'sleep rules' with toddlers as they like to have boudaries
might be worth asking your local library to get a copy?
