No matter how early I put him to bed he wont fall asleep any earlier than 9 and seems tired throughout the day,hes always restless throughout the night,he sleepwalks and has night terrors occasionally which I know is triggered from being over tired.
What can I do?

I had a late sleeper! can you tell me a bit about the evening / bedtime routine do you have with him?

Late sleeper here too!

Sorry, but I think that some of them just have late body clocks.

i doubt you can - i think under 5s are set to either owl or lark

if it helps, both mine go to bed at 7ish, but one or both is always up by 5.30.
