Help! 3 1/2 year old waking too early & disturbing older brother

Wonder if anyone can help. My 3 year old has got herself into the habit of waking about 6am & then going into wake her older brother. He is 6 & what with also going to school all day, the poor thing is exhuasted most days because of it.

She goes to bed around 7.15/7.30 pm & I make sure she has had plenty of exercise/fresh air during the day. Also give her a banana & milk before bed so she can't be hungry.

We consider around 7am ish to be reasonable & we have tried everything to at least make sure she stays in her room, all to no avail.

She has a black out blind & black out curtains, a bunny clock (which she takes no notice of!). We have tried bribery, threats... you name it!! Have even left comics/books by her bed & told her that if she does wake before 'bunny' opens his eyes, she should look at the books. Nothing...doesn't work. I hear her banging on her brothers door until he eventually wakes & gets up to her!! (Feel so sorry for him!)

Even tried a stairgate which she promptly climbed over. We are at our wits end - this morning it was 5.50am & are all totally exhuasted (her included!). She clearly needs to be asleep longer but we can't think of anymore tactics.

If anyone has any miracle solutions I would be very grateful to hear them!!
