Wriggly baby keeps me awake!

Hi everyone

My DD is 10 weeks old. She is breastfed and sleeps in a moses basket next to my bed with a blanket over her. She sleeps quietly for 3-5 hours after being put down, and then starts wriggling in her sleep, which is when I have always picked her up and fed her. She then usually sleeps through quietly for a good few hours.

But for the past week or so, she has started wriggling noisily in her sleep around an hour or two after her middle-of-the-night feed, and I can't sleep through it so I'm very tired! I've been waking her up again to feed her just so I can get some sleep. She's then quiet again for an hour or so before wriggling noisily again.

The health visitor said she's just a very alert baby, and it's not related to hunger or wind, so I shouldn't wake her to feed her as she'll then get into the habit of feeding more often at night. The HV suggested a sleeping bag which I'm going to try tonight, but does this stop them wanting to wriggle as much, or just make it quieter? I was also considering moving her to the other side of the room so I can get some sleep.

Any ideas?

My DD is just the same and it took me a while to get used to it before I could sleep through it., I don't think the sleeping bag will stop the wriggling but it may help with the noise.
