its driving me mad. Had just weaned her off swaddling too so have tried reintroducing this but she breaks out of it.
Have tried PU/PD which does work after about 1.5 hours of doing it by which time she won't sleep for long cos its time for her next feed. Seem to spend all my days trying to get her to sleep!
Is it a sign that she's become to dependant on the dummy? She sometimes goes through whole nights without me having to replace it so it is definitely much more of a problem during the day. Or could it be something to do with 4month sleep regression? Or cos she's practicing holding things?

Any advice greatly appreciated!

My DS did this, the only thing that worked was changing the shape and brand of the dummy. He couldn't get used to the Advent ones, gave him a latex one and problem solved! Have you tried different ones? My DS is now 8.5 months and still wakes for it during the night, he's getting better at finding it on his own though!

She'll only take the Asda little angels ones, if I try putting any other dummy in she just gags. I guess I'll just have to wait til she grows out of it.
