are there any baby monitors that you can have 2 base units, 1 in each child's bedroom?

Try the Summer video monitors - ours has a Cam A switch and a Cam B switch for this AFAIK, though we only have the one base unit. It was a gift but I'm sure you can find something on it if you google it.

we had a good look round for something like this and it doesn't appear to exist exactly as you want... but we use two of the BT 150 ones so two base units and two parent units and they don't interfere with each other. I woudl recommend. When we first turned them on we made sure only one set was on at a time to ensure they pair up with the right base unit, but since then we haven't needed to worry they both find the correct units now.

I guess you woud be able to do the same with any dect type monitors
