Hi

DS is 15 month and sleeps 10.5-11 hours per night. At the moment he seems to be changing his day naps and is all over the place. Fri he had an hour 8.30-9.30 am having woken at 6ish and then nothing despite various attempts all day. today he woke at 6ish again and had 2.75 hours from 11.

Also does anyone know at what age you can start using a duvet?

TIA

Hi my dd never had regular naps. She used to drop off on the settee if she was really tired, or in the car or buggy, but i was never able to 'put her down' for a nap. This actually suite me as we have quite a hectic life i work partime, and dd just kind of fitted in around it all!

My dd started using a duvet at 15mths as this is when she moved from cot to matress on the floor. I am sure the recommended age is much higher, but the choice is yours!
