I used to be someone who need 8+ hours per night, 10:30pm would be a late night for me, I'd usually miss the 10pm news because I'd be asleep.

But now I'm rarely in bed before 11:30 and the latest ds3 sleep in until is about 6:20am.

But, I feel like I've had 8hours even though I avarage about 6hours now. Why is that?
I did have an early night recently and I felt like shite the nexy day. Weird.

I dream of being like you. 21:30 is very late for me, last night it was 20:45! Ds wakes about 06:00 or 06:30.

You really do get used to having a certain amount of sleep, when you have a baby you somehow exist on broken nights but when they sleep through all the time, a broken night's sleep is a real killer, makes you feel knackered. I must agree though, I used to be asleep before the end of the 10 o'clock news, but I managed to watch all of the Most Haunted Lives right through to midnight this weekend!!

Since Thursay night I'd say the longest sleep I've had is 6.5 hours at the most.

A few of those night have been closer to 5 hours.
I probably look like death warmed up but I feel quite chipper
