our DD is 4 months. She has been going to sleep at 6.30pm and sleeping till about midnight or one-ish and then after a feed normally sleeps through until 5.30ish. However, for the last week she has gone back to sleep at the middle of the night feed and then starts to wake at 2.30 or 3 and then every half hour afterwards. She doesn't seem fully awake but is grunting and making noises (teething?) and only goes back to sleep when she has a dummy. I am going out of my mind with tiredness. I really don't know why this is happening all of a sudden.

Any ideas or tips to get her sleeping again. Could teething be making her wake? Although she is not fully awake when I go in to her...

Hi daisystone

Sounds like 4 month sleep regression - there are lots of threads about it. Only lasts a week or 2 but their sleeping pattern just goes out the window!
Teething is another possibility, my DS got his first tooth at 4 months, second one 2 weeks later! Have a look at her gums, is she chewing everything?

Only advice I can give is - nap when she naps. You'll need to stock up on sleep! And don't stress out about it, it will pass :)
