4 year old grinding his teeth in sleep

DS grinds his teeth in his sleep is this something to worry about do you think? Like is something worrying him or ??? He's a very happy confident child otherwise with perhaps a slightly sensitive nature.

My 4 yo ds does this too and the dentist picked up on it as the enamel on his back teeth was wearing thin.

I don't think it's an anxiety thing, maybe a habit? Has he been to the dentist?

Hopefully someone will be along soon and can better inform us both!
