3 year old DD screaming/tantrums/talking in sleep, 'reliving' the day?

My DD1 has been having what i thought were night terrors for around 6/7months and never sleeps through the night. Nothing has changed within this period, routine ect

I am beginning to understand the 'terrors' abit more now and i understand DD more too.(speech whilst asleep) She is reliving what has happened throughout her day (well the bad things)

Example, today she was naughty so i took her ben and holly toys off her, she had a big tantrum, tonight its like she's had the same tantrum in her bed, only with her eyes closed and is still asleep, she even said the same things!

And the more i think of it the more i realise its not just today but more 'terrors' have parts of our day in them!

Not sure what to think anymore, can anyone help? Or have any experiences on this? Thanks

DD1 started doing something similar a few months ago when she was about 2.9. She was hearing voices in her sleep which she could still hear when she woke up absolutely screaming and inconsolable.

One night I actually got into bed with her and realised that the end of the mattress dipped slightly because the last slat was about 3 inches in. I put a folded blanket underneath the mattress to raise her head up and it stopped almost completely.

We do still get the odd nightmare but she doesn't seem quite so overwrought. Might be worth a try.
