Waking after prolonged period of sleeping throughthe night

Hi, my DD is 9 1/2 months old and she has slept through the night since she was 11 weeks old. Since the last month, she wakes every night and I'm not sure why. I dont feed her back to sleep ( stll EBF ) just comfort her but its getting quite hard for her to settle back down quickly.

She could be teething as she has just had a tooth through but she seems ok and doesn't seem to be suffering in any way.

I'm not really sure why she is waking. Any advice?

There's a 9 month sleep regression, could be that....no advice to 'cure' it though - we're still dealing the tail end of the 4 month sleep regression!
