Hi my DD2 is 8mo and a co sleeper, she wakes once a night for a bottle but before and after this is is very unsettled and moans and crys out alot, which in turn wakes me up.

Has anyone elses DC done this and did you find it was anything specific? Hoping there is something i can do to help her sleep more soundly ifswim.

Thanks in advance.

It could be the close proximity to you which makes her more wakeful, we had this with DD so she ended up in her own bed and slept much more peacefully between wakes(although she always woke more in the night than your DD in the first place). It could also be the heat from your body is making her too hot. You could try covering her more lightly. You could always try a bedside cot if you want to carry on co-sleeping, but give her more space.
