what time does your 7yo go to bed and how much sleep do they have?

7yo dd has started getting up early every morning, she currently goes to bed between 7 and 7.30, I was wondering if I am putting her to bed too early.

Dd is 7 and goes to bed about 8.30 (we are in Italy and everyone else thinks that's faaaaar too early of course,whereas the reality is she could do with it being half an hour earlier IMO) Asleep by 8.45-9 gets up 7.30.

DD goes to bed at 8, and can read until 8.30 during term time. I get her up at 7.30am, but it's 50/50 whether she's already awake by then.

dd1 is 7 in April, she's had an 8pm bedtime for ages and will read til about 8.30pm. atm she gets up at 7am but in the summer it was earlier. She's always needed slightly less sleep than average though.

I was thinking maybe 7.30 bedtime but reading time till 8. we get up around 7.
