DS - 4 (5 next month) won't go to sleep HELP ME!!!!

........ before I seriously either kick him out to the childrens home or his dads!!!!

(ok so I'm joking there I won't really) but OMG he's pushing the bounds so much atm,

his dinner is at 5, he doesn't have sweet stuff/juice only his main meal and water.

He goes to bed between 6.30 and 7pm after watching cbeebies. he's had the same routien since 3 months. just now he's added the wee before bed.

he goes into bed with his torch (scared of the dark), and then calls out for at least 2 hours before finally giving up & going to sleep. We live in a bungalow which doesn't help, but a) i'm PG so we need to crack this before bubs comes, and b) literally I can't do a thing - be it studying for my degree, bath, eating with DP if a date night etc etc. He can be in/out of the loo at least half a dozen times even after I've checked him.

i'm so drained with this all now. I've expressed disappointment, anger (prob not helped at all) read with him, left him to his own divises either way all I have is a child who won't sleep until he's ready - ie 9 even though he's in his room.

At 4 I feel he still needs to be in bed for 6.30-7 so he gets a full nights sleep for school - he usually wakes up about 7.30 am if not a little later which pushes the whole morning back (while I know i'm very very lucky with this) I don't feel he's getting enough sleep.

HELP me as i'm so drained from fighting him all the time on this one. we have even tried naughty step when he's been really bad, and his nanna/poppy coming over to tell him off - nothing works!.
