Hi all,
DD is 20 weeks and has always been an excellent sleeper - 6 hours from birth, built up gradually to 10.5 hours plus 2 hours after feed now. However in the last week she has started waking half an hour after we put her down at 8.30pm ish and not going back down until 11pm. She will then sleep til 6 (previously 7), feed and go back to sleep. I KNOW this sleep pattern is good, but I'm worried this extra waking is the start of sleep regression. Any thoughts or tips to ensure she stays settled from 8.30PM? I really don't mind if she wants to add a night feed e.g. 2 or 3am, she is EBf so i just pop her on and pop her back but I would like my evenings back and not to regress to the eating dinner one handed stage!
