9-month old won't nap during the day

Well to be strictly honest he'll nap for 2 or 3 x 30 minutes during the day. And thats it. Sleeps fine at night (11 hours - fingers crossed), but means a very long, and tiring day for all. He almost always wakes up after 30 mins during day and won't settle again. Is this enough sleep for a baby? Help!!!! V tired Mummy.

sounds about the same as my ds who is 7months!
he has about 45 mins in the morning and an hour later on

some days he does have more though

thats about normal im afraid... as he sleep alot thru the nite though! (11 hours!!) as my DD (who is now 11 months) since from 6 months old sleeps 8-9 hours thru the nite and 1 - 2 hours sleep in the day, thats it!!, and she she is still the same (her choice not mine)... Once i let her sleep for 11 -12 hours thru the nite and oh god it was a nightmare as she was very grumpy as she slept too much (took me ages to get back to the routine again!!)

do you go to bed when baba goes to bed in the day?

My ds hardly ever slept during the day and it was so frustrating! In the end I just accepted it and was glad she slept well at night. It's hard for you though!
