Thanks!

Hiya

TBH - I read all the sleep books with DS no;1 - they pretty much say the same thing. The only one I found that helped me was Savvy Sleep by Sleepy-tots with DS no;2. I followed this book 'cause I couldn't go through sleep exhaustion again and DS no;2 SLEEPS - like a dream!

Thanks Emma! Did it have much advice on naps?

IC - I've read it and not much more help than anything else (much less detail than Ferber/ Weissbluth/ Pantley etc) but am very happy to pop my copy in the post to you if you want to have a look. Ive given up on books for the moment, and just read Angeldog's posts!
