Current routine (driven by him, NOT my preferences Hmm)

4am: Wake up. Arse about for a couple of hours.

5am: Allowed to have milk.

6.30: Everyone gets up.

9am: Knackered, furious, tearful and ready for nap.

12.30 latest: nap (between 1 and 2 hrs depending on how shattered I think he is)

7pm: in bed for stories, milk, sleep

8.30: Actually goes to sleep.

Midnight: Often up for a drink and a bit of a cry.

2am often up.

I suppose the best option for everyone would be to have him sleep later in the morning but if I could tell you how to get him to do that I would be a very rich women Grin

My dd2 will be 2 next month. She is in the process of dropping her daytime nap (her idea, not mine) and is currently sleeping from about 7.30 - 7am but she does half wake a few times in the night for a quick breastfeed.

I feel she isn't sleeping enough at the moment and sometimes resort to taking her for a drive after lunch to get her to sleep but it doesn't always work.
