My youngest is nearly 2 and finally seems to be sleeping a little better, so would anyone like my well-thumbed copy?

did it help? i guess it did if you're offering it- just wondering what your overall views are. Smile

There were some techniques that I think helped, particularly for me around weaning off bf to sleep. What I think I liked most tho was that it is v gentle, and pretty much the only parenting type book that I've read that wasn't blaming me for 'making a rod for my own back' yada yada. Partly it helped me feel better for not doing 'sleep training' with my babies.

It's not quick fixes tho, my DD is nearly 2yrs and is only just sleeping 10 hrs straight at night, sometimes with a wake-up (although compared to how she was, this is fanastic).

Well, I've been on MN nearly 5 yrs and I I've never actually sent one Blush. I think you just click on 'message poster' on the blue bar at the top of my post...
