9 month DD waking at 4.30/5am!!

Our 9 month DD has been waking at 4.30/5am for a while now. She is getting the right amount of daytime sleep, is eating well etc. Not sure what to do. Have tried earlier and later bedtimes-doesn't make a difference. She isn't waking from hunger, I think it is habit. But I have tried leaving her to settle herself but after 30-45 minutes I usually get her up as by then she has woken all the neighbours! We have black out blinds and have tried dream feeds, night feeds and she has slept through the night before with no difference.

Same here!Ds is nine months and been doing 4.30 to 5 am for a couple of months. Is killing me as DD is 4 and just started full days at school so I have to get up with him otherwise he wakes her up and she is shattered. No advice but hoping some one can help.
