Hello, looking for some advice...

My dd is 6.5 wks and up til now I have Bern swaddling her at night in her Moses basket. Have half dwaddledvwith arms out for last two wks. I want to start using a gro bag but not sure what tog or what she should be wearing underneath? Our room is generally 20 ish degrees at the mo.

Thanks!

Our room is a similar temp - although it does drop in the middle of the night - so my DD is in a 2.5 tog grobag with just a long sleeve vest underneath. She seems to be fine in that.

During the day (for naps) I use a 1 tog bag, only because at the moment I think it's quite warm in the day...

In the winter when the middle-of-the-night temp is even lower I will probably put her in a short sleeve vest with a sleepsuit or pyjama top over it, but still in the 2.5 tog bag.

Hope that helps...

Just make sure your baby is big enough to go in the Grobag,it will say on the label what weight the baby should be so that their head can't go down the hole.
