14 wk old- day time sleep battle- HELP!!

I could really do with some advice/ suggestions to help with settling my ds1 for his day time naps.

DS1 is 14 weeks now. Previously I know I have been pretty lucky that he has slept really well. I started to try and hve some sort of bedtime routine from really early on, bath, bottle, bed- and then took my cues from him when he wanted to have a nap during the day. From 11 wks he started to sleep through from 7 to anywhere from 7 to 8am with a dream feed at 11. Just got the night time cracked then 2 weeks later, the day time naps have totally gone to pot. My DS1 seems to really need his sleep, he was having an hour in am, 2 hours at lunch, then another hour in the afternoon- roughly he is up for 1 1/2- 2 hrs then wants a sleep. Usually this is in his cot or I try and time it for when im out with the pram or in the car.
It looks like he is still wanting same naps, but now when I try and put him down for a nap in his cot he screams and screams, and somtimes even picking him up doesnt help- his eyes are shut like he is wanting to sleep but he is fighting it.
Up to now I have tried all sorts- best solution up to now has been swaddling- but he still cries down to sleep. Other things I have tried is mobile, sound box with white noise, silky, dummy( he just sucks it til it falls out then cries again), putting him down for a nap earlier, having wind down time etc etc etc. Even taking him out in the pram now doesnt always work unless i cover it over- and he'll only sleep if its in motion- sometimes this just isnt do-able.
Really appreciate any help or advice, or if anyone has had similar.
