Thirsty DS at night due to the heat?

My 6.5mth ds started sleeping through the night at 4.5mths (breastfed GF baby), but since the heatwave hit he has started waking again. It was so hard after getting used to sleeping again and so I started bringing him to bed to feed, but of course he loves that and started waking up more frequently. So now I have to work hard to get him back on his schedule but am afraid to do the cc in the night incase he genuinely needs a drink. He is only having a little water and juice at lunch and dinner from a beaker and I don't know how he would take to it if I tried to give him a beaker when he is half asleep. Any advice gratefully received.

In all honesty I would give him a few days off and give him water or milk, this heat is uncomfortable for everyone. He is only 6.5 months and you will easily get him back into his routine.
