CAn I tell you about my 4 mth old's 'sleep' pattern?

Poor ds2 didn't get off to good start with hideous reflux but that is pretty much ander contorl now.

However, his sleep is still REALLY bad.

I feed him to sleep after bath/wind down time. He struggles and cries, but eventuaLLY WITH THE aid of white noise, rocking etc he goes over...for half an hour then cries (still on me, still sleeping) and I take 5 mins to get him over again. This happens a few times till somewhere between 9 and 10 when he goes into a deeper sleep.
At 12/1 he wakes to eat and the rest of the night he stirs and nibbles, cries, stris, nibbles, etc, etc till we get up between 6.30 and 8.

Naps are awful - usually half an hour so he needs about 5 a day.

We are bfing, co-sleeping (or i'd be up all night).

I know there is a 4 mth sleep regression - is this it?
