It's my own fault. Summer holidays have been disorganised, naps all over the place, bed and wake times a moveable feast.

But now he screams blue murder when I put him down for a sleep after lunch. The past couple of days I've had to get him up again which I know has made it worse.

He will nap at the childminders and will be on his knees by mid afternoon and just pass out.

Any tips to get him back on track?

if he is on his knees by mid afternoon then why not just let him sleep then?

because then he won't go to sleep at bedtime!

Before the holidays he had a lovely sleep for about 1hr/1.5 at 1pm and then was happy all afternoon until he went to sleep at about 7:30.

I want it back!
