DD 1 having nightmares...usually brilliant sleeper but for the past 5 weeks has woken up nearly everynight screaming mummy mummy, sometimes very scared!
I've slept next to her for a few nights which helped but slept in my own bed again last night and she woke up screaming so put her to sleep nxt to me in my bed.
Anyone have a solution?
Nothing in her life stressing her out apart from her younger sibling trying to pinch her toys!

Hi Hayleybop, I have a 3.6 year old DD and she is also suddenly suffering from nightmares where she wakes up really frightened and needs a cuddle to get back to sleep.
I am assuming that this is a developmental phase as her imagination also seems to have gone mad at the same time! So no solutions here I'm afraid just lots of cuddles and reassurance until she grows out of it (fingers crossed)
