Weekend Skiing - where to start organising? Any tips?

DH and three mates are going on a skiiing weekend. Does anyone have any recommendations about tour operators / websites that we can start looking at?

And yes I am v v v jealous.

Arrange own flights . .geneva is a good flight and then on to the French Alps in Catered Chalet.

Chill chalet in Les Arcs do nightly catered accommodation if you want a short break
