Friends went several years ago - had no snow locally (it is pretty low altitude) and had to be bussed to a busy glacier.

I went on a school trip many moons ago when ski boots were made of leather and attached to the skis with metal springs, and the mattresses were stuffed with hay. I expect it's modernised since then.

Sorry, not helping

Would have been Easter they went ....having said that we've skied around that time every year since and had great snow , but in Switzerland/France.

I thought that I would bump it up, it is a resort I am interested in but don't know. It would be at half term. Has anyone been when plenty of snow?

Abbey - looked up snow history in iglu.com here - last year at least looked quite respectable
