Big buffet hotel, Austria / Andorra for Feb HT

We are looking for family holiday, avoiding France due to busy slopes and high prices. My teen DD is vege and fussy so would love a bigish hotel with buffet dinner. A pool would be fab as she doesn't like skiing that much either!!! My DS does thankfully. Any hotel recommendations in these or other non French resorts please?

Hotel Tuc Baquera Beret.... when I eventually book this place it's going to be so expensive with all the people I send its way

Ha thanks! I was reading about Baquera ( prob on your recommendation 😉) but was put off by the siesta thing! Does everything really shut 1-5 and how do ski schools work there (if you have any experience of them?)

They are British/Spanish and who I would book with for lessons etc. I suppose we usually put the kids in AM and ski together PM so it wasn't on my radar really. My friends who went last year never complained it was a problem. I suppose it's worth discussing that with them.

The buffet was superb. Loads of choice. It's not huge but does have a little pool and a nice spa area.

Nice skiing too.
