Help me decide where to ski this year

I have booked flights to Geneva in the first week in March.

We have skiied in Morzine for the last number of years, and really need to go somewhere different.

My wish-list is:
Good snow
Good nursery slopes for DC, lots of good, linked red / black slopes for us.
within 3 hours drive from Geneva
ideally hotel or chalet with afternoon childcare

Grateful for any recommendations.

HollyPR - thanks for that. Morillon 1100 looks good. Am looking into it.

We went to Samoens this year, it's about 1.5 hours from Geneva. I absolutely loved it. They have a great kids play area and good nursery slopes and you can also link to other resorts like Flaine really easily. The town is stunning too with lots of cute little shops and restaurants. We stayed in an apartment but friends stayed at La Reine des Pres and it was stunning.

We did Val Thorens this year. Was lovely. Great nursery slopes, plenty of black and red and access to the 3 valleys.
