Can anyone recommend a European ski resort that has travelators/"magic carpets" on the nursery slopes? I know of one at Flaine (France) and Verbier (Switzerland).

Les Gets in France - went last yr with our 3yo. She was on chairlifts by end of week though! Really good resort for small children.

Most of the ones we've been to do, it is pretty common now - Alpe D'Huez, Wengen, Saas Fee, Engelberg even smallish local resorts. The website will normally give details

Thanks, I'll check them out!

The most I've come across in one resort is Baqueira in Spain which has 3 quite long ones and one shorter one available to adults and another one in the kids area. They're even covered and two of the longer ones link together to make a longer travelator served run. Have a look at www.baqueira.es/webcams/web-baqueira/web-mirador (no snow now obviously!) to see the two which link up.

Also common in the various nursery areas around Bormio, Italy.

Les Deuxe Alpes in France

Bormio is a fab place. Has anyone been there recently? i want to take the kids but it's not TO now and i am a bit wary of doing it myself.
