Thought I'd start again, so it's clear some of us are not looking for a first aid thread in Talk (for all the reasons discussed on the original thread), but that it would be good for MN to have a Health/First Aid section with links to NHS24/direct, as well as other relevant sites (St Johns, meningitis trust etc). I think we were all agreed that MN and its users are not in any way qualified to give out medical advice, and that if you need immediate aid you will hopefully be more sensible than turning to MN. But since MN heavily used it does (in my view) make an excellent starting point for the many dedicated information sources out there and would be a great platform to educate people on some health basics...
and maybe some supporting webchats
So MNHQ - any more thoughts on this?
