pregnancy emails 9-12 weeks etc, How do i stop them :(

Hi i mc 2-3 weeks ago and have just looked at my emails and i have a new one off mumsnet saying your pregnancy at 9-12 weeks, how do i unsubscribe to the pregnancy emails, PLEASE thank you Poppy
