Good article - agree re entitlement (and I am speaking from perspective of somebody with a very young child). Can't bear this 'little emperor' syndrome that seems to afflict a lot of parents.

I don't have any problem with the article and the thread on here being the same. I have a problem with her writing something that paints mothers in such an awful light when she knows that there are a fair number who aren't like that, and she knows that from being on here. She's chosen to disregard everyone who replied to her thread and actually agreed with her, because that doesn't make a good story.

I meant that of course I know the poster but I had no idea she was a journalist. Again that doesn't bother me but she can't assume that everyone automatically knows that.
