Hmm, am a bit foxed by this, Norbert.
Am tempted to say "turn it off and turn it on again" but, instead, I shall sensibly say we'll see what the Techs suggest in the morning.

Sorry this is STILL happening, folks - must be infuriating.
Not sure if it's something we can get the Techs onto this weekend but we'll make sure it's looked into ASAP on Monday, if not.
