Ahem, Tech, why cant i get into Last 15 minutes ?

i hate going in through Active convos, I find it to hard to rad, but every time I lick last 15 I get:

VelocityViewServlet : Error processing the template

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Please fix it , pretty please.
