Are you still getting your MN newsletters and roundups?

Hello.

It seems a fair few of you are no longer getting our weekly Parenting News emails and/or Talk Roundups (assuming you opted to be sent them in the first place).

We suspect there may be some gremlins in the MNHQ email-sending-out machine - which we working hard to fix - but, if you've noticed an outrageous absence of MN fun in your inbox lately, it's definitely worth:

  1. Checking your Spam folder. Even if MN stuff's never ended up in there before.
  1. Checking your preferences in My Mumsnet. Click on Email options - and check you've selected to receive what you want to receive.
Then click on Your details - have you got a message in red, saying previous attempts to email you have failed? If you have, try just clicking Save Changes (it can't hurt!)
  1. See if you can tweak your Spam settings. If you use Aol, Hotmail or Yahoo, we have some suggestions for you here
  1. Sign up for a Google Gmail account - it's free and they have a good track record of accepting Mumsnet's emails.
  1. Emailing us at [email protected] and having a good moan. We may not be able to wave a magic newsletter wand but we'll try.

Oh, and there's no Parenting News this Thursday but there is a Talk Roundup this Friday.

Hello lovelies,

The Talk round up has not finished sending to everyone yet. Please bear with us and it should be in your inbox soon.

OliviaMumsnet · 15/08/2009 09:38

Thanks for all the feedback... and apologies to those who aren't getting everything they should... Will get the clever techs to look into it and see what they can do!

If you're not getting the regular newsletter /parenting news round up at the moment, don't worry there hasn't been one for a few weeks, but they'll be back soon.

SpagBlog: have you got a redmessage in your Registration Details - you need to go into My Mumsnet to see it.

Ok, at the risk of boring the pants off everyone, I'm going to post our up-you-chances-of-getting-our-newsletters tips again.

Here we go...
