Why doesn't my Bump to 3 MN discount code work?

Code entitles you to 10% off, but when I get to checkout, it hasn't been taken off.
Does it do it automatically when the sale goes through?

Hi BettySwollux. Sorry to hear you've having trouble.

I can't get through to Bump to 3 today for you (it being a Saturday and all) but I know that, for most of our discount members, the discount does get taken off just before you're linked through to the payment page.

How far did you get with your order?
