Oy MNHQ could we please have a centralised swine flu thread?

Sorry but it's getting a bit daft. Is swine flu the new 'am I pregnant'?

It's only going to get worse, how about a 'Swine Flu Watch' sticky for sticky snotty mumsnetters to whine, console and discuss it?

Ah go on, you know you want to....

and if you don't I'll come round and lick you all and I've got far worse diseases

Think it would be a bit draconian to insist that everyone goes to one thread for swine flu tbh don't you? We did it for MJ/Jade/Madeleine because quite a few folks were upset by the content of these threads, which is not really the case for swine flu. One alternative would be to have a swine flu topic but that would seem to be going too far the other way. i.e giving it too much prominence. Dare we suggest you just hide the threads if you're not interested?
