From what people are saying though, lola is just lonely and insecure and given to flights of fancy for attention and diversion. I can't recall any really nasty trolling tom her, although I was pissed off with the "parts of my town are no-go for whites" effort last week. I hope she is getting some RL support.

I didn't think Lola was a troll, I just thought she was incredibly irritating and offensive. Almost all threads which have pissed me off recently were started by her (if you can't afford free range chicken go without, ooh all the asians are giving me evils) as well as all the stupid baby names threads. If she has gone I for one am pleased.

Feel very on behalf of Expat and others who posted their own personal stories in order to help a complete and utter liar.

Was feeling very pissed off with Lola the past couple of weeks, posted something quite harsh about her on her 'Why can't you walk down the streets of England without getting evil looks from Asians (or whatever)' thread. I then felt bad because frankly I don't come on MN to row with people, I come on here to piss about and have fun. Felt like buggering off and leaving MN for a while.

Then now discover that she was a mad old troll. I am glad she was outed.

There's a troll on here I am convinced is a regular- her trollish persona is just two shades more unpleasant, but otherwise she sounds the same. And there's a new one who is insufferably smug and humourless, but I haven't worked out who she is. Maybe Lola again.

I like knowing though, so I don't get too het up at them being rude. Perhaps I am over-thinking...

I was surprised at Lola....I remember all the threads about her mother/mother's money-grabbing husband....she seemed quite normal then, if a bit too nice for her own good.

Wonder if any of that was real?

If I didn't have real life experience with a female sociopath, I'd probably take more stuff here at face value without questioning. I normally say nothing if a thread seems to OTT, because I'd rather not scream 'troll' just in case. But am mindful there are people out there who do crazy shit in RL, like claim to have dead children/spouses, cancer, and to be part of major criminal investigations (in the case of the RL sociopath, all of the above!). Makes me wonder if Lola is just an online psycho, or if she makes up stories in RL too....

am gutted about lola

especially as she had so much good and patient advice from so many people esp regarding her mum and her boyfriend .

but she was trolling for years. one of her other personas goes back to 2005.

the baby name threads she kpet starting , despite being childfree, were a bit odd. and she often started a thread and never came back to it

i wonder how many personas she had ?

and are there any other posters, psycho, we should be wary of?
