I have just had a look at the packging on mine and it was not sent "before 1pm" or anything, just ordinary signed for 1st class.

I have looked on the RoyalMail website to track my Joggler, using the reference number given on my email and it just comes up with a message saying there is an error with the ref number!

If this a good time to tell you about an incident with the Special Delivery system that happened to me earlier this week?
Weeelllll: I waited in all day on Tuesday for a SD item that my DD wanted for wednesday, Went on the website and it claimed it was signed for on Saturday and the signature was my name (but not my signature!) the item arrived on wednesday through the normal post after someone had crossed off the special delivery bit and put it back in the postbox!! I assumed this was a one-off as RM have just changed our delivery office

Still nothing and i am going out now, will have to leave a note on the door which neighbour to leave it with (ie not the one who refuses to give us parcels!)

Yes, very easy Shiney, you do need to set up the calender online though.

The account number is just your internet password, you will also need your O2 password to set the calender up on the joggler. It is all really self explaitory though so Don't Panic

Didn't they email you with your user name?

If you don't have it you can click on forgot password, forgot user name, BOTH and it will help you reset it.

I am not sure what you mean by account number, I don't have an account number for my calender AFAIK?
