I haven't been able to get into MN for an hour and 40 mins (and counting). Anyone else had problems?

So any word from HQ about what is going on? I know all sites have down time, but this is looking more like gremlins than down time isn't it?

Am told by YetMoreTech that we're still investigating the root cause [nervous emoticon] but that the top man at the data centre is on it! A thousand apologies for any uncalled for housework inconvenience. We promise to try harder.

I have had loads of short periods of MN unavailability as well as the two big ones. Ever since the new design went live it has been dropping periodically. And lots of periods of almost unusable slowness.

Kay - have you got anything smutty ready for publication yet?

It may have been worth doing without MN for an hour or so if so....

Rusty - well, I'm swinging between my proper-for-publication thing, which is still at the antagonistic-but-attracted stage, and two fanfics - one DW one that I can't get right, and one for Ashes to Ashes in which I'm practising kissing scenes

Other people work/clean/feed their children while MN is down. I become Jackie Collins.
