Did you pay any attention at all when policywonk was at the G20?

policywonk · 28/04/2009 14:45

WHY BLOODY NOT

Anyway if you did, the G20Voice monkeys have politely requested that you fill in this survey

I didn't set it up, so don't come bitching to me if you don't like something about it, OK? I know what you're like

I thank you.

Um, I just looked at your picture on the home page and was v that you were much prettier than me. I did pay attention to what you were wearing, but then the page got LONG!

policywonk · 28/04/2009 15:37

Paws - well if you'd stuck around you'd have discovered just how flattering that picture is (which is why I use it everywhere)

Ohh were you at the G20 then pw?

Well obviously I didn't make a big deal about it, Orm. I'm pretty self-effacing.

Hey justa, nice to see you!

Blog link is on my profile - still going; apple pie thread is semi-dormant but here

right-o, will have a look see. I vaguely registered some fit brainy lass and lots geeks waffling about blogging

policywonk · 28/04/2009 17:24

Ah yes - they've asked us bloggers to fill out a separate survey and I did say that you were all most unimpressed by blogging-about-blogging, and that someone had suggested a Speaking Stick

KayHarkerInTheBackOfTheQuattro · 28/04/2009 17:35

I has done it, oh famous fabulous-blogger-with-the-name-I-always-wanted-for-my-daughter-when-I-was-single....

cornsilk · 28/04/2009 17:37

I wanted to know about your coat but the thread was too long.

policywonk · 28/04/2009 19:56

Fair enough Here's the coat

OP posts:
treedelivery · 28/04/2009 19:59

Is G20 where you got the coat?

Off to do survey - I followed it all but didn't post as I had nothing brainy to say, except in relation to your amazing eyebrows.

I'm tremendously gratified by all the eyebrow comments. It's all down to these (Warning: non-feminist link)

Will you SHUT UP about KADY. She smokes like a chimney I'll have you know.

OP posts:
Hassled · 28/04/2009 20:14

Done . I do feel a bit thick now though - I answered "fairly" a lot re questions on how much I understand stuff. There should have been a "thick as shit really" option.

Hassled I kicked ass by answering dunno what yer on about 'to some extent'

Hassled · 28/04/2009 20:48
Grin
RustyBear · 28/04/2009 20:55

The first question doesn't work if you want to put 'Other' as the answer without ticking one of the given options as well - it just keeps rudely demanding that I answer the question.

But none of the options are right - I first became aware of it through Justine's thread asking who wanted to do it and that doesn't really fit any of the options. If I want to carry on I have to tick G20 voice blogger, but it's not accurate. [pedant]

RustyBear · 28/04/2009 21:06

In fact there are several questions where none of the responses are relevant but it won't let you leave them blank.

I bet there are several people on MN who could have done it better.

Habbibu · 28/04/2009 21:07

It's quite hard work. It's like a Test. You have to remember things.

Will try again tomorrow...

policywonk · 28/04/2009 21:37

Sorry It's not set up for us - most of the other bloggers have, well, blogs and that's why they were nominated - whereas G20Voice came to MN and asked for a poster, so we were, y'know, exceptional. That might be why some of the questions don't make sense?

There were a couple of questions on mine that weren't relevant to me, but it forced me to answer them anyway - I pointed this out in the 'any other comments' bit so hopefully someone will remove the irrelevant answers.

policywonk · 28/04/2009 21:45

OK Rusty, have fired off an email detailing your complaint.

OP posts:
RustyBear · 28/04/2009 21:48

There was one question with a lot of boxes to tick if you were likely to become more involved or less involved,as a result of following the Voice, but you couldn't say it wouldn't make a difference.

Also one question asked what other media you had got information from & there was no option for 'none'

policywonk · 28/04/2009 22:03

I'll pass that on. Thanks for ploughing on - I know bad surveys are irritating.
