Oh dear, oh dear, I feel your pain!

To clear your cache, it varies a little depending on what browser you're using:

With Firefox, go to Tools, Clear Private Data and follow prompts.

With Safari, click on Safari in Menu and Re-set Safari and follow prompts.

With Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Delete Browsing History and follow prompts.
