I'm not so keen on that giant pulsating heart that keeps jumping out at me from the side of the screen.

Yes it was horrid wasn't it. We have a no expandables rule (unless we beg and get your permission first) so our agency made an error when they put it up, and not for the first time today, have had their knuckles rapped.
