MNHQ - Is the search function broken or something?

Being a suspicious Dryad I tried to search on a poster, who had clearly posted (otherwise I wouldn't have anything to be suspicious of) but when i ran the search it came up with 0 messages!

Am I just being thick or is there something up with the search function broken? I ran a search on my own name and it came up with over 500 messages so it's obviously working on some people!

Hmmm. Well...

I just searched with yesterday's date. If I search for the text "thereturnofwonderwoman" it comes up with the one thread - which is the one you linked to and sure enough, that text only appears once on that thread. If I search for that as the name of the poster it comes up with two messages on that same thread, which again is correct.

What am I missing here?

I have just searched for posts by thereturnofwonderwoman, no dates, no topics selected.

So it is finding one thread with 2 posts. It isn't the thread lapin linked to.

The thread lapin linked has four posts, not one.

Hmm, wonder when the 'the' appeared and disappeared again.

happening to me I did a threads I'm on earlier and got several, I did it again later and got 2!
