Intrusive advert

I keep getting (every few seconds) a full page Harvey Norman advert. Sometimes it doesn’t have a way of closing, so I have to open a new tab. Only for it to happen again. I don’t want to install an ad blocker but may have to just to access mumsnet.

Hi @QueryAQueation , sorry to hear this, a full page ad popping up every few seconds with no way to close it is definitely not how things should work, so thank you for flagging it.

So we can track it down, would you be able to send a screenshot of the ad if it appears again? It would also really help to know roughly what time it happened, which threads or pages you were on, and whether you were logged in at the time. If you happen to tap it by accident, the web address it takes you to would be useful too.

Here - just happened on injunction against itv thread but all threads, all times.

I clicked on it and it goes to a 404 bad request. Happens every page. I just counted, 4 times in 1 minute.
